Becoming a Resident :
To become a member of OASIS you should be at least 55 years of age and in case of couples at least one of the partners should have attained the age of 50 years. You should be required to enroll with OASIS with a token amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand only) for the admission prospectus and a pre-admission medical assessment through OASIS's empanelled Gerontologist and after which the eligibility process of registration to become a resident of OASIS will follow.

Residency Plan Security Deposit :
The provision for security deposit has been made to ensure proper maintenance, safety and security of the residents.

Nomination :
Every resident has to fill in a Nomination form affixing his recent passport size color photo, signature, and consent of the nominee along with his recent color photograph and age proof document and residential proof to facilitate different requirements and the refund of the security money at the time of expiry of residential period.
